Troubleshooting:

1. When clicking the "Notes" button (PC version), you receive a message stating that a file cannot be found.
2. When clicking the "Notes" or "Formula" button, the files take a long time to load.
3. The video links in the "Table of Contents" appear not to work.
4. The videos embedded in the lectures (for example those that should appear when clicking Li, Na and K in Chapter 1) cannot be seen.

When clicking the "Notes" button (PC version), you receive a message stating that a file cannot be found.

An incorrect drive letter was entered during first use of the DVD-ROM. Open the C drive and delete the file "t2i2chem.lic", insert the DVD-ROM in the DVD-ROM drive and reinitialize your DVD-ROM, entering the correct drive letter.

The first time in a session, these files are called, loading time may seem long. Once the files are loaded, subsequent calling of these files should be faster.

Make sure that Microsoft Windows Mediaplayer 10.0 or better (for the PC version) or Quicktime Player 6.0 or better (for the Macintosh version) is installed on your computer.

Your computer may not have the proper CODEC. Download the necessary CODEC for mpeg2 files here.
