NOTE: Vista operating system users:

When initiating the program: if you get an error message, you will need to open and run the following program by doing the following. Go to, "My Computer". In the box that opens up you will see the icon for your DVD-ROM drive. Left click the DVD drive Icon and you will see a list of choices. Click, 'open all folders'. Among the list of files will be an Icon of a circle with a 'd' in it. The 'd' is a orange-brown in color. Right click this and a list of choices will appear. You need to select the choice which says, 'run as administrator'. If you then click 'properties' you can set it to, 'always run as administrator'.
